  • Academic Qualification: Minimum Graduate from a Recognized University with class X pass in the concerned language under CBSE. OR having Class X Pass Certificate in concerned language from State Board of Indigenous Languages of Sikkim (SBILOS).
  • Professional Qualification: B.Ed. from NCTE recognized Institute. And STET/CTET(Graduate).
2. Probationary Graduate Teacher (Sherpa)

  • Candidates fulfilling the above criteria may submit their applications in the prescribed form available in the SSTRB Office at Upper Syari, Gangtok after submitting a Bank Receipt of ₹ 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) payable in the State Bank of Sikkim under the Revenue Head 0202-102-03-Edn.

Date of issue and submission of Application Form along with the following documents starts from 27th January, 2023 to 7th February, 2023 (within office hours).

a. Attested copies of Mark sheets & Degree Certificates of Graduation, Class XII, X, VIII, B.Ed., D.El.Ed and STET (Graduate), STET (Primary). (Whichever is applicable). 

b. Certificate in Computer Knowledge. 

c. Valid Local Employment Card (Self Attested).
