Eligibility Criteria


  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Degree should be from an IIT, NIT or a Top 100 NIRF-ranked Engineering institution.
  • Final-year students may also apply (subject to completion before joining).
  • Experience: 0–2 Years.
  • Maximum Age: 30 Years.
  • Applicants must possess the domicile certificate of the State/UT for which they are applying (except applicable provisions for Andaman & Nicobar).

Selection Process


  • Shortlisting based on eligibility and academic qualifications.
  • Document Verification.
  • Selection as per NHIDCL guidelines.

Salary & Benefits


  • Monthly Remuneration: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000/-.
  • 5% annual increment.
  • 20% additional location allowance for eligible Andaman & Nicobar postings.
