1. Deputy Manager (HR)
- No. of posts: 02 (Two)
- Qualification: Degree of a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: At least four years’ experience in Administration/Establishment/Human Resource/ Personnel Management.
- Pay: Level-10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500/-)
- Age: Not exceeding 56 years.
2. Assistant Manager (HR)
- No. of posts: 03 (Three)
- Qualification: Degree of a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: At least four years’ experience in Administration/Establishment/Human Resource/ Personnel Management.
- Pay: Level-8 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500/-)
- Age: Not exceeding 56 years.
3. Assistant Director (Official Language)
- No. of post: 01 (One)
- Qualification: (i) Any Graduate from a recognized University/Institute and (ii) 03 years’ experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa, in a Government Organization.
- Pay: Level-10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500/-)
- Age: Not exceeding 56 years.
4. Principal Private Secretary (at NHIDCL Hqrs)
- No. of post: 01 (One)
- Qualification: (i) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute; and (ii) Dictation of 10 minutes at the speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand (English/Hindi) and transcription time (on computer only) is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi).
- Pay: Level-10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500/-)
- Age: Not exceeding 56 years.
5. Private Secretary (at NHIDCL Hqrs)
- No. of posts: 02 (Two)
- Qualification: (i) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute; and (ii) Dictation of 10 minutes at the speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand (English/Hindi) and transcription time (on computer only) is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi).
- Pay: Level-8 (Rs.47,600-1,51,100/-)
- Age: Not exceeding 56 years.
6. Personal Assistant (at NHIDCL Hqrs)
- No. of posts: 07 (Seven)
- Qualification: (i) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute; and (ii) Dictation of 10 minutes at the speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand (English/Hindi) and transcription time (on computer only) is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi).
- Pay: Level-8 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400/-)
- Age: Not exceeding 56 years.
