National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 15 posts Hill Road Experts, Deputy Manager, General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Online/Offline applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates.

NHIDCL Recruitment Details


1. Hill Road Experts

  • No. of post: 01 (One)
  • Salary: Rs.30000/- per day fee during site inspection.
  • Age limit: Maximum age of 70 years.
2. Deputy Manager (HR & Admn)

  • No. of posts: 03 (Three)
  • Salary: Rs.50000-3%-160000/-
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 34 years.
3. Deputy Manager (Land Acquisition)

  • No. of posts: 03 (Three)
  • Salary: Rs.50000-3%-160000/-
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 34 years.
4. General Manager (HR & Admn)

  • No. of posts: 02 (Two)
  • Salary: Rs.90000-3%-240000/-
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years.
5. Dy. General Manager (HR & Admn)

  • No. of posts: 03 (Three)
  • Salary: Rs.80000-3%-220000/-
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years.
6. General Manager (Fin. & Accounts)

  • No. of posts: 02 (Two)
  • Salary: Rs.90000-3%-240000/-
  • Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years.

Qualification for NHIDCL Recruitment


1. Hill Road Experts

Minimum: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university. 
Desirable: Master in Geotechnical Engineering.

2. Deputy Manager 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent and must have cleared Civil Services Mains – written examination 2024 and should have appeared for the Personality Test (Interview).

3. General Manager (HR & Admn)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent.
Experience: 13 years of overall experience with at least 3 years’ experience in Administration.

4. General Manager (Fin. & Accounts)

Qualification: CA/CMA/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent/member of any organized group-A/ group-B F&A service of government.
Experience: 13 years of overall experience with at least 6 years’ experience in financial accounting or Budgeting or Internal Auditor Contract Management or Fund Management.

5. Dy. General Manager (HR & Admn)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute/member of any organized group-A/group-B service of government.
