Draftsman	01	Diploma in Architecture from a recognized Institute.
Surveyor	04	Matriculation/HSLC examination passed. Pass Senior Surveyor’s course of a recognized Technical Institute.
LDC	01	Graduate who have completed a course on computer concepts.
Tracer	02	National Trade Certificate course for 2 (two) years duration.
Driver	01	Class X passed. Driving License for at least 5 years. Driving experience for 3 years.
