AUIDFCL Recruitment Details
1. Position: General Manager (HR & Admin)
Vacancy: 01 (One)
Qualification: Master’s Degree/Postgraduate in Business Administration with specialization in HRM or equivalent.
Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in HRM/Personnel Management, including office administration, in a government or reputed private organization. Candidates with experience in externally aided projects will be preferred.
Remuneration: Rs. 1,50,000/- per month

2. Position: General Manager (Urban Reforms)
Vacancy: 01 (One)
Qualification:
- MBA (IT/Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital platforms, and their implementation in the public sector.
- Degree/diploma in Public Policy and Management/Public Administration/Urban Planning is preferred.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in urban governance, public sector reforms, project management, or related areas.
- At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale technology/reforms projects in government and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven expertise in vendor/contract management and IT e-Governance.
- Experience in managing urban development projects/programs at state or national level is preferred.
Remuneration: Rs. 1,50,000/- per month

3. Position: Deputy General Manager (Procurement)
Vacancy: 01 (One)
Qualification: First-class graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant field, with Advanced Certification in Public Procurement/PDPP or equivalent, and MOOC Certification in Public Procurement issued by Finance Department, Government of Assam
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in public procurement for or on behalf of the Government of Assam. Adequate experience in EAP procurements or procurements for projects funded by MDBs
Remuneration: Rs. 1,30,000/- per month
