4. Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Graduation result should be declared on or before 01 April 2026.
- Degree must be completed within the last 4 years (not before 01 April 2022).
- Must have knowledge of the local language of the applied state.
5. Experience:
- No prior experience required (Freshers eligible).
- Candidates with 1 year or more job experience after graduation are not eligible.
- Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing any apprenticeship training are not eligible.
6. Salary/Stipend:
Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend based on branch location:
- Metro Branches: ₹20,000/-
- Urban Branches: ₹18,000/-
- Rural/Semi-Urban: ₹15,000/-
Note: No additional allowances or benefits will be provided.
7. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years (as on 01 April 2026)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years.
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years.
- PwBD: 10–15 Years (as per category).
