Eligibility Criteria
1. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM)
- Passed Class XII.
- Completed a two-year ANM course from an Indian Nursing Council (INC)-recognised institution.
- Must be registered with the Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council as a Registered ANM (RANM).
2. Laboratory Technician
- Passed Class XII in Science.
- Possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a government-recognised institution or board.
3. Pharmacist (Allopathy)
- Passed Class XII in Science from a recognised institution or board.
- Possess a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from an institution recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
- Must have the required registration with the applicable pharmacy council.
4. ECG Technician
- Passed Class XII in Science.
- Possess a Diploma in ECG Technology from a government-recognised institution or board.
5. Dental Technician
- Passed Class XII in Science from a recognised board or university.
- Possess a Diploma in Dental Mechanic/Technician from an institute recognised by the Dental Council of India.
- Must hold the required registration with the applicable dental council.
6. Health Assistant Junior
- Passed Class XII.
- Completed a two-year Health Assistant Training Course from an institution recognised by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh or the Government of India.
7. Head Constable Driver
- Passed Class X or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving licence.
- Must meet the prescribed physical standards, driving-related requirements and medical fitness conditions.
8. Driver (LMV)
- Passed Class X from a recognised board or institution.
- Possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence.
- Have at least three years of LMV driving experience, counted from the date of issue of the driving licence.
9. Driver (HMV)
- Passed Class X from a recognised board or institution.
- Possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving licence.
- Have at least three years of HMV driving experience, counted from the date of issue of the driving licence.
10. Constable (MT) Driver – IRBn
- Passed Class X or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Possess a valid HMV or LMV driving licence, as prescribed.
- Meet the prescribed physical standards, physical efficiency requirements, vision standards and medical fitness conditions.
11. Constable (MT) Driver – Civil Police
- Passed Class X or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Possess a valid HMV or LMV driving licence, as prescribed.
- Meet the prescribed physical standards, physical efficiency requirements, vision standards and medical fitness conditions.
12. Field Publicity Assistant
- Passed Class XII from a recognised board or university.
- Possess a diploma in TV, Radio/Sound System, Electrical or Electronics.
13. Publicity Assistant
- Passed Class X from a recognised board.
- Possess a diploma certificate in Sound System, TV and Radio, Electrical or Electronics.
Age Limit
The age limit is determined as on the closing date of the online application, i.e. 5 November 2026.

Age Relaxation
- APST candidates: Up to 5 years.
- PwBD candidates: Up to 15 years.
- Departmental candidates: Eligible candidates with three years of continuous service may receive five years of additional relaxation, subject to the prescribed conditions.
- Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation will be determined according to the applicable rules.

Selection Process
The APSSB Ministerial Technical Examination 2026 selection process may include one or more stages, depending on the post applied for.
- Written Examination: Objective-type multiple-choice questions for all posts.
- Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Applicable to the specified driver/constable posts.
