BSNL JTO Direct Recruitment 2026 announced for 100 Junior Telecom Officer vacancies. Engineering graduates can apply online before 03 July 2026.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has released an official notification for the direct recruitment of Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) posts in the Telecom Stream. Eligible Engineering Graduates and M.Sc degree holders can apply online for these 100 vacancies through the official BSNL recruitment portal.

IDA Pay Scale [E-1]: ₹16,400 – ₹40,500/- Additional allowances and benefits as per BSNL rules.
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Telecommunications, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical, IT, or Instrumentation Engineering. M.Sc. in Electronics or Computer Science is also eligible. M.Tech degree holders in relevant disciplines can apply. Final year students are not eligible unless qualification is completed before closing date.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 20 Years Maximum Age: 30 Years Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and BSNL employees as per rules.

Exam Syllabus
Section-I: Electronic Materials, Network Theory, Electromagnetic Theory, Measurements, Power Electronics. Section-II: Analog & Digital Circuits, Control Systems, Communication Systems, Microwave Engineering, Computer Engineering. Section-III: General English, Current Affairs, Everyday Observation.
Important Instructions
Applicants must apply online only. Requests for change of exam centre will not be entertained. Selected candidates must execute a Bond of ₹6 Lakhs to serve BSNL for at least 5 years. Admit cards will be available online only.
