Probation & Service Bond
- Training Period: 1 Year.
- Probation: Six months after successful completion of training.
- Service Bond: Candidates must execute a service bond of ₹2,00,000 for serving RCF for a minimum period of 4 years (including training period).
- The bond amount may be deposited through Fixed Deposit or recovered from the monthly stipend as per RCF rules.
Important: Final-year students awaiting results are not eligible to apply. Candidates must possess the required educational qualification on the eligibility cut-off date.
Selection Process
Selection for RCF Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 will be based on merit through the following stages:
