Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited only from eligible ex-servicemen of the Indian Army, Navy or Air Force. Applicants must satisfy the post-specific educational, rank and age requirements mentioned in the notice.
1. Personal Assistant
- Vacancies: 1
- Eligible candidates: Ex-servicemen of the Army, Navy or Air Force only.

- Trade requirement: The candidate must have served in the Personal Assistant (PA) trade.

- Job responsibilities: Work as Personal Assistant to the Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board, and drive the Secretary's official vehicle when the driver is on leave.
2. Chowkidar
- Vacancies: 1
- Eligible candidates: Ex-servicemen of the Army, Navy or Air Force only.
- Educational qualification: Class X pass.
- Required rank: Naik or below, or equivalent rank in the Air Force/Navy.
- Age limit: 45 years or below.
- Character: The discharge book should record character as “Exemplary”.
- Place of posting: Rajya Sainik Board, Gangtok.
- Job responsibilities: Perform Chowkidar duties at the Rajya Sainik Board.
- Accommodation: The selected candidate will stay in the Chowkidar's quarters at Rajya Sainik Board, Gangtok.
Age Limit
The maximum age specified for both Personal Assistant and Chowkidar is 45 years. Candidates must be 45 years old or below to meet the age condition stated in the advertisement.
The notice does not specify any additional age relaxation.
Selection Process
Selection for the Personal Assistant and Chowkidar posts will be conducted through an interview. The date of the interview will be communicated to candidates later.

- Present residential address proof and mobile/contact number for correspondence.
