Eligibility Criteria
Finance Posts
1. Senior Manager (Finance) – E-6
Qualification: CA/CMA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Experience: Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre in the area of Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/equivalent level.
2. Deputy General Manager (Finance) – E-7
Qualification: CA/CMA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Experience: Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre in the area of Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/equivalent level.
3. Additional General Manager (Finance) – E-8
Qualification: CA/CMA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Experience: Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre in the area of Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/equivalent level.
HR Posts
Candidates for the HR posts should have any one of the following qualifications:
- Full-time MBA with specialization in HRM/HRD/HR with minimum 60% marks.
- Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks.
- Minimum 2-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks.
- Master's in Social Work or MHROD from a recognized university/institute.
Senior Manager (HR): Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource and Industrial Relations, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/equivalent level.
Deputy General Manager (HR): Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource and Industrial Relations, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/equivalent level.
Additional General Manager (HR): Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource and Industrial Relations, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/equivalent level.
Desirable for HR Posts: LL.B.
All qualifications should be regular and full-time and obtained from Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by AICTE or the appropriate statutory authority. Internship, training, apprenticeship and teaching periods will not be counted as experience.

The cut-off date for age and experience is 07 October 2026.
Age relaxation is available to eligible SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, EWS, Ex-Servicemen, J&K domiciled and other eligible categories as per Government of India rules. The maximum upper age after relaxation will not exceed 58 years.
