- Date of Notification: 22/01/2026.
- Start Date to Apply Online: 23/01/2026.

Application Fee
- Applicants belonging to the APST category need to pay an application fee of ₹150.
- For all other candidates, the applicable fee is ₹200.
- PwBD applicants are exempted from fee payment as per Section 19 of the Arunachal Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018.

Qualification
- Must have a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned/relevant/allied subject from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
- Must have qualified NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or equivalent test such as SLET/SET.
- Ph.D. holders (as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016 with amendments) are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
- Candidates who registered for Ph.D. before 11 July 2009 are exempted from NET/SLET/SET if the degree was awarded as per rules/ordinances of that period.
Selection Process
- Interview Only: Selection via Viva-voce/Interview.
- Total Marks: Interview carries 100 marks.
- Shortlisting: Done by Screening Committee as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
- Interview Ratio: Candidates shortlisted in 1:3 ratio based on merit & availability.
- Qualifying Marks: Must score at least 50% in interview to qualify.
- PwBD Relaxation: Applicable as per Government rules.
