Qualification: (i) Class XII pass certificate. (ii) Typing speed test of 35 words per minute on computer.
Pay: Level-4 (Rs.25500-81100/-)
Age limit: Not be more than 45 years (50 years in case of candidates belonging to APST).

Other Details of APSSB LDCE
(i) Eligibility Criteria:
# The candidate must be a citizen of India.
# The qualification, required length of service, age, category as stipulated in the advertisement shall be determined as on the closing date of submission of application i.e., on 07.08.2024.
# The name of the candidate should be in the certified list of eligible candidates submitted by the HOD.
(ii) Examination Fee:
# A non-refundable fee of Rs.150/- for APST candidates and Rs.200/- for General candidates (to be paid online only).
# Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are exempt from paying the fees.
(iii) Scheme of Exam:
The scheme of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) will consist of two stages as indicated below: -
(i) Stage-1 (Objective Type MCQ): 200 marks, duration 2 hours.
(ii) Stage-2 (Skill Test)
(iv) Syllabus:
(i) General Awareness: 50 marks (25 questions of 2 marks each).
(ii) General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability: 50 marks (25 questions of 2 marks each).
(iii) Arithmetical & Numerical Ability: 50 marks (25 questions of 2 marks each).
(iv) Test of English Language and Comprehension: 50 marks (25 questions of 2 marks each).
# A candidate must secure a minimum of 33% or more marks in each subject in the written examination paper. Candidates securing less than 33% of marks in any of the subjects shall be deemed not eligible for selection. There is no negative marking.
