- MBA/UGC-NET/NE-SLET/Ph.D.
- Conduct theory & practical classes at IHM Gangtok.
- Deliver village & cluster-level training under Sikkim INSPIRES Project.
- Support VTDCs, SHGs, VDCs & homestay operators.
- Ensure at least 50% youth & women participation.
- Maintain training standards as per IHM norms.
- Conduct assessments & assist in resource development.
- Support academic, administrative & event activities.
- Skill Test/Practical Demonstration (if required).
