The Assam State Biodiversity Board invites applications from Graduate and Post-Graduate students studying in colleges and universities of Assam for a one-month Biodiversity Internship Programme. The selected interns will assist in updating the People’s Biodiversity Registers (PBR) at the Gaon Panchayat level Biodiversity Management Committees across Assam, in line with the PBR Quality Evaluation Framework issued by the National Biodiversity Authority.

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate students from Colleges/Universities of Assam.
- Must have Honours in: Botany/Zoology/Allied Ecology & Wildlife Sciences.
- Knowledge of plant taxonomy, identification of flora, fauna & ecosystems.
- Good communication skills in English & Assamese (oral & written).
- Experience in field surveys, local market surveys, or PRA exercises.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & other MS Office tools.
