Qualification
Assistant Professor – Management
Candidates must have a Master's Degree with 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a relevant/related/ allied domain from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
Candidates must also fulfil the prescribed NET/SET/SLET or Ph.D. requirements as mentioned in the notification.
The notification provides exemption from NET/SLET/SET for eligible candidates who registered for the Ph.D. programme before July 11, 2009, subject to fulfilment of the specified conditions.
Assistant Professor – Law
Candidates must have:
- A Master's Degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade in the concerned/relevant/allied domain subject.
- 5% relaxation for ST/SC candidates.
- NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or a similar accredited test such as SLET/SET, or a Ph.D. as specified in the notification.
The notification also provides specific provisions for candidates who registered for a Ph.D. programme before July 11, 2009.
Associate Professor – Law
Candidates must have:
- A good academic record.
- A Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant domain subject.
- A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in an academic/research position equivalent to Assistant Professor.
- A minimum of seven publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- A total research score of 75 as per the applicable UGC criteria.
The notification provides 5% relaxation for ST/SC candidates in the Master's Degree requirement.
Assistant Librarian
Candidates must have:
- A Master's Degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science, or an equivalent professional qualification, with at least 55% marks.
- A consistently good academic record.
- Knowledge of computerization of a library.
- NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar accredited test, or a Ph.D. as specified in the notification.
