AAICLAS Recruitment 2022: AAI Cargo Logistics & Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS) has released official advertisement notification for the recruitment of 85 Senior Security Screener and Manager vacancy. AAICLAS Recruitment 2022
1. Senior Security Screener (Certified)
No. of vacancy: 75 (Seventy-five)
Qualification: 10+2/Intermediate/12th or equivalent from any recognized Board/University/ Institution.
Essential:
(i) Possess valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (13 days) Certificate;
(ii) Possess valid BCAS Screener Certification (Standalone or ILHBS) (atleast valid till 30.06.2023)
(iii) Valid Dangerous Goods Certification.
(iv) Ability to read/speak English, Hindi and/or conversant with local language
Experience: Minimum 12 years (fifteen years) in Certified Screener functioning in Aviation Industry with all the above valid certifications.
Station: Srinagar; Goa; Port Blair; Raipur; Leh; Guwahati; Varanasi; Agartala; Ranchi
2. Manager (AVSEC Auditor) and Manager (AVSEC Instructor)
No. of vacancy: 10 (Ten)
Qualification:
For Manager (AVSEC Auditor)
(a) Graduation or equivalent from any recognized University/Institution.
(b) Minimum 3 years’ Experience as AVSEC Auditor.
(c) Appropriate knowledge of guidelines issued by ICAO; IATA; BCAS & DGCA
(d) Good Knowledge of operating/working on Information Technology
(e) The candidate must possess BCAS Certified valid AVSEC Auditor Certification, which should be valid till 30.06.2023.
(f) Preference will be given to candidates having both valid AVSEC Auditor & AVSEC Instructor certification and DGR Instructor.
(g) Maximum Age 48 years or below. (Medically fit as per BCAS Guidelines)
(h) Leadership quality, presentation skills.
(i) Period of engagement – 3 years
For Manager (AVSEC Instructor)
(a) Graduation or equivalent from any recognized University/Institution.
(b) Minimum 3 years’ Experience as AVSEC Instructor.
(c) Appropriate knowledge of guidelines issued by ICAO; IATA; BCAS & DGCA
(d) Good Knowledge of operating/working on Information Technology
(e) The candidate must possess BCAS Certified valid AVSEC Instructor Certification, which should be valid till 30.06.2023.
(f) Preference will be given to candidates having both valid AVSEC Instructor & AVSEC Auditor certification and DGR Instructor.
(g) Maximum Age 48 years or below. (Medically fit as per BCAS Guidelines)

Upper Age Limit shall be as on 30.11.2022
# For All Positions - 48 Years
# Age relaxation of 5 years to candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and age relation of 3 years to OBC(NCL) shall be considered. Relaxation in age for candidates belonging to PWD and Ex- servicemen category shall be considered as per rules, wherever applicable. All relaxations shall be subject to submission of valid certificate issued by appropriate government.
Pay and Allowances
For Senior Security Screener (Certified):
# First Year Rs.45,000/- fixed plus Rs.10000/- per month screening allowance
# Second Year Rs.50,000/- Fixed plus Rs.10000/- per month screening allowance
# Third Year Rs.55,000/- Fixed plus Rs.10000/- per month screening allowance
For Manager Level Positions:
# First Year Rs.95,000/- Fixed
# Second Year Rs.1,05,000/- Fixed
# Third Year Rs.1,15,000/- Fixed
