Qualification for Assam Postal Circle Recruitment
1. Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant: The candidate must have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized university or Board of School Education or Board of Secondary Education.
2. Postman: The candidate must have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized university or Board of School Education or Board of Secondary Education.
3. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th standard pass from a recognized Board.
Scale of Pay for Assam Postal Circle Recruitment
1. PA/SA: Rs.25500-81100/- in Level-4 as per Pay Matrix specialized in Part-A of Schedule of Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 plus admissible allowances.
2. Postman: Rs.21700-69100/- in Level-3 as per Pay Matrix specialized in Part-A of Schedule of Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 plus admissible allowances.
3. MTS: Rs.18000-56900/- in Level-1 as per Pay Matrix specialized in Part-A of Schedule of Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 plus admissible allowances
Age limit for Assam Postal Circle Recruitment
1. PA/SA: Between 18-27 years (Relaxation by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST)
2. Postman: Between 18-27 years (Relaxation by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST)
3. MTS: Between 18-25 years (Relaxation by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST)
#The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the last date for receipt of application i.e. 27/07/2022.
Application Fee for Assam Postal Circle Recruitment
#The candidate has to credit of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) through online payment in the website under Fee payment option or in any of the Head Post Offices in India for crediting through GDS fee postal specifying “Direct Recruitment of sports quota for Assam Circle by producing Registration Number.
#Women candidates, transgender candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) are exempted from payment of fees.
#Fees once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
How to Apply Assam Postal Circle Recruitment?
Sports Date Submission: Candidate requires to enter details like sports discipline i.e. the name of the sport in which the candidate is claiming the sports quota basing on his eligibility.
Uploading of Documents: Candidate requires to upload the following documents. All the documents will be in JPG/JPEG format only.
- A recent colour passport Photograph (50KB).
- A legible candidate’s signature captures on white paper with black ink (10kb).
- 10th class marks memo having date of birth in case the certificate does not have DOB, the DOB certificate requires to be uploaded in the other certificate option (200kb).
- 10+2 or equivalent certificate (200kb).
- Candidates belonging to OBC, SC/ST requires to upload the respective prescribed community certificate for the reference go through the format provided in the website and also go through the notification before uploading the certificate (200kb).
- Candidate requires to submit appropriate form which has be displayed in documents upload option i.e. form 1 to form 5 only need to uploaded (200kb)
Candidate has to apply separately for each Postal Circle against notification issued for Sports Quota recruitment based on their eligibility conditions. Application submitted for one Postal Circle will not be considered for another Postal Circle under any circumstances.
