Qualification
  • Postgraduate degree (minimum 55%) in Education or relevant subject with B.Ed./M.Ed., NET/SLET/Ph.D. as per UGC norms, and teaching experience as prescribed; desirable qualification includes Ph.D. in Education, specialization in Educational Administration/ Leadership, Career Guidance & Counselling, or allied fields.

Salary
  • Head of Department (HOD): ₹45,000/- per month (Fixed).
  • Assistant Professor: ₹29,000/- per month (Fixed).
  • Assistant Professor (Part-Time): ₹800 per class, maximum ₹16,000/- per month.
  • Career Guidance & Counselling (Part-Time): ₹800 per class, maximum ₹16,000/- per month.
