Technical Officer on Contract (TO-C): B.E./B.Tech degree with minimum 60% aggregate marks + At least 1 year post-qualification experience. Upper Age Limit: 30 Years. 3. Assistant Project Engineer on Contract (APE-C): Diploma with minimum 60% aggregate marks + At least 1 year post-qualification experience. Upper Age Limit: 30 Years. 4. Senior Artisan on Contract (SA-C): ITI Pass Certificate + At least 2 years post-qualification experience. Upper Age Limit: 30 Years. *Age Relaxations: 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD (min 40% disability) candidates. |

Can I apply for multiple posts if I meet the criteria for both?
No. Candidates are strictly permitted to apply for only one category of post. Applying to multiple positions under this notification is not allowed.
Will an internship or college project count towards the mandatory experience?
No. Academic institutional experience, college research projects, and student internships do not count. However, up to one year of official apprenticeship training in a relevant industrial vertical will be considered as experience.
Are these permanent government jobs?
No. These vacancies are purely on a temporary, fixed-tenure contract basis for an initial term of one year, which can be extended up to four years depending on performance metrics and ongoing project cycles.
What if I am currently working at another division of ECIL?
Current contract employees on the rolls of any ECIL unit must obtain a clear permission letter from their respective Head of Division (HoD) and produce it during the verification process.
