Qualification for NVS Shillong Recruitment
1. PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)
- Postgraduate degree in concerned subject with minimum 50% marks.
- OR
- Integrated PG course with B.Ed. component from NCTE recognized institution with 50% marks.
2. TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)
- Bachelor’s degree in concerned subject with minimum 50% marks.
- B.Ed. degree from NCTE recognized institution with 50% marks.
- OR
- 4-year integrated BA/B.Sc B.Ed. with 50% marks.
- Must qualify CTET Paper-II.
3. Female Staff Nurse
- B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from recognized institute.
- Registered as RN/RM with State Nursing Council.
- Minimum 2.5 years hospital experience (50 bed hospital).
- Knowledge of English/Hindi preferred.
4. Counselor
- Master’s degree in Psychology.
- Diploma in Guidance & Counselling.
- Minimum 1 year counseling experience in school/organization.
- Knowledge of CBT, ADHD, emotional support preferred.
5.Hostel Superintendent
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in residential school preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ work experience required.
- Knowledge of regional language preferred.

1. Walk-in Interview Process
➧Candidates willing to attend the walk-in interview must submit the registration form to the Principal of the respective venue Vidyalaya via email.
➧Registration form submission period: 13 April 2026 to 28 April 2026.
➧No documents are required at the time of registration form submission.
➧Registration form is available in Annexure-A.
➧The Venue Principal will schedule the interview date between 06 May 2026 to 09 May 2026.
➧Interview schedule information will be sent to candidates by 01 May 2026 through registered email.
2. Documents Required at Interview
- Candidates must bring original documents and self-attested photocopies.
- Bring all educational certificates and mark sheets.
- Bring experience certificate (if applicable).
- Bring one recent passport size photograph.
- Bring valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Govt issued ID).
3. Experience Certificate Format
