Qualification & Experience:
- Legal: LLB (LLM desirable) with 4 years’ experience in corporate/project finance legal work.
- Risk Management: MBA/Finance/CA/CFA with 4 years’ experience in credit risk, appraisal, or monitoring.
- Internal Audit: MBA/CA/ICWA with 4 years’ experience in banking/financial audit.
- IS Audit: B.Tech/MCA/IT-related PG with 4 years’ experience in IT/IS audit or cybersecurity.
- Administration (Accounts): PG in Commerce/Accounts with 4 years’ experience in billing, GST, vendor payments.
- Human Resource: MBA/HR with 4 years’ experience in HR operations.
- Company Secretary: ICSI qualified with 4 years’ experience in listed companies.
- Vigilance: MBA/CA/CFA with 4 years’ experience (2 yrs in vigilance/compliance).
- Lending Operations: MBA/Finance/CA/CFA with 4 years’ experience in credit/appraisal/loan operations.
- Investment & Treasury: MBA/Finance/CA/CFA with 4 years’ experience in treasury/forex/investment.
- IT (Project/Cloud): B.Tech/MCA/IT-related PG with 4 years’ experience in IT projects/cloud.
- Compliance: MBA/Finance/CA with 4 years’ experience in banking compliance/audit.
- Corporate Strategy: MBA/Economics/CA with 4 years’ experience in strategy/consulting.
Age Limit: 21–40 years as on 28 Feb 2026 (born between 01 Mar 1986 and 28 Feb 2005).
