Social Welfare Mizoram Vacancy Details
1. Project Co-Ordinator/Vocational Counselor
•No. of Posts: 10 (Ten)
•Qualification &
Experience: Graduate with experience
of managing such centres for a minimum period of 3 years or demonstrable
capability for running such centres and having working knowledge of computers.
•Honorarium: Rs.15,000/-
per month (fixed)
2. Accountant/Clerk
•No. of Posts: 10 (Ten)
•Qualification: Graduate with knowledge of accounts
and working knowledge of computers.
•Honorarium: Rs.10,000/-
per month (fixed)
3. Cook
•No. of Posts: 10 (Ten)
•Qualification: VIII class passes
•Honorarium: Rs.8,000/-
per month (fixed)
4. Chowkidar
•No. of Posts: 20 (Twenty)
•Qualification: VIII class passes
•Honorarium: Rs.4,100/-

5. Sweeper

6. Doctor

•Qualification: Doctors should essentially be
qualified as MBBS and also hold a Training Certificate in Addiction Medicine
from a recognized institute.

7. Doctor (Part Time)

•Qualification: Doctors should essentially be
qualified as MBBS and also hold a Training Certificate in Addiction Medicine
from a recognized institute.

8. Psychologist

•Qualification &
Experience: Graduate in any
discipline with three years experience in the field. He/She must hold a
Certificate of three months Training Course in de-addiction counseling by NISD
and should have knowledge of English as well as one regional language.
•Honorarium: Rs.12,500/-
per month (fixed)
9. Social/Case Workers
•No. of Posts: 06 (Six)
•Qualification &
Experience: Graduate in any
discipline with three years experience in the field. He/She must hold a
Certificate of three months Training Course in de-addiction counseling by NISD
and should have knowledge of English as well as one regional language.
•Honorarium: Rs.12,500/-
per month (fixed)
10. Skill Trainer (Part Time)
•No. of Posts: 09 (Nine)
•Qualification:
(a) Computer
Operator/Programming Assistant: HSLC with thee (3) years diploma course in Computer Science &
Engineering from any recognized Institute.
(b) Baker/Confectioner: HSLC with one (1) year Diploma course in
Baker & Confectioner in ITI or equivalent from recognized Institution.
(c) Basic cosmetology: HSLC with one (1) year diploma course in Hair
& Skin Care in ITI or equivalent from recognized institutions.
(d) Sewing Technology: HSLC with one (1) year diploma course in
Sewing & Cutting in ITI or equivalent from recognized institutions.
(e) Wireman: HSLC with two (2) years diploma course in Wireman in ITI
or equivalent from recognized institutions.
(f) General carpenter: HSLC with one (1) year course in Carpenter in
ITI or equivalent from recognized institutions.
(g) Mechanic: HSLC with 2 years certificate course in Automobile from
any recognized institutions.
(h) Plumbing: HSLC with one (1) year course in plumber in ITI or equivalent
from any recognized institutions.
(i) Electrician: HSLC with 2 (two) years certificate course in Radio
& TV from any recognized institutions.

per month (fixed)
11. Nurse
•No. of Posts: 40 (Forty)
•Qualification: Nurses should be
qualified as Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) and trained by a recognized
government medical institution.
•Honorarium: Rs.11,000/-
per month (fixed)
12. Ward Boys
•No. of Posts: 20 (Twenty)
•Qualification &
Experience: VIII
class passes preferably experienced in such centres. Ward Boy employed in an
IRCA must be trained by NISD.
•Honorarium: Rs.11,000/-
per month (fixed)
13. Peer Educator
•No. of Posts: 10 (Ten)
•Qualification: Should be literate;
Ex-drug user with 1-2 years of sobriety, willing to work among drug using
population as well as is possessing qualities like empathy, communication
skills, willing to get trained; Agrees to refrain from using, buying, or
selling drugs; Ready to work for the prevention of harmful drug use and
relapse.
•Honorarium: Rs.9,000/-
per month (fixed)
−Age limit: The applicants should not be less than
21 years and not more than 35 years, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates
as on 27.11.2020.
