TRB Tripura Recruitment 2025 – 352 Pre-Primary Teacher Posts

Teachers’ Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 352 Pre-Primary Teacher (PPT) posts through the Selection Test for Pre-Primary Teacher (STPPT) 2025 under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Education (School) Department, Government of Tripura. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official website from 12th August to 21st August 2025.

TRB Tripura Recruitment 2025 Details

Pre-Primary Teacher (PPT)

No. of posts: 352 [UR: 183, SC: 60 & ST: 109]

Essential:

(a) Senior Secondary (Class-XII or its equivalent) from a recognized Board with at least 50% marks.

Senior Secondary (Class-XII or its equivalent) from a recognized Board with at least 45% marks in accordance with National Council for Teacher Education (form of application for recognition, the time limit of submission of application, determination of norms and standards for recognition of Teacher Education Programmes and permission to start new course or training) Regulations, 2002 notified on 13.11.2002.

And

(b) Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-School Education/Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed) of duration not less than 2 (two) years or B.Ed. (Nursery) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution.

(c) Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) would be required while applying for the post by direct recruitment.

Desirable: Having knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.

Other Details of TRB Tripura Recruitment

Age: Up to 40 years as on 08.08.2025. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH and Government Servants, provided that government employees belonging to SC/ST/PH category will not get relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 years available to them. Upper age limit is also relaxable for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) as per norms.

Pay: ₹16,050/- (revised) fixed per month, being 75% of basic pay (Level-7) of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018.

Examination Fee: ₹300/- for Unreserved category and ₹200/- for SC/ST/PH category. Bank service charges may apply. The fee, once paid, will not be refunded. The fee must be paid through a system-generated challan within the scheduled dates.
