APSC Assistant Manager Eligibility
Engineering Disciplines
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline from an approved institution.
- Marks: Minimum 60% marks for General candidates and 50% for SC/ST candidates.
Human Resource
- Qualification: Full-time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations.
- Marks: Minimum 60% marks for General candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
Assam Residency: Applicants must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam, with the prescribed residency proof.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- General: 21 to 38 years as on 1 January 2026.
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years relaxation.
- PwBD: 10 years relaxation as applicable.
- Ex-Servicemen: Upper age limit and relaxation as prescribed by the Commission.

Selection Process
