Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC), Agartala, vide Advertisement No. 17/2025 dated 16.05.2025, invites online applications from Bonafide citizens of India for direct recruitment to 16 (sixteen) permanent vacant posts of Programmer and Technical Assistant, Group-C (Non-Gazetted), in the Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts under the Finance Department, Government of Tripura.

Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC), has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 16 posts of Programmer and Technical Assistant, Group-C (Non-Gazetted) in Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts. Eligible candidates may apply online from 10th June to 05th July 2025.

Finance Department Recruitment Details


1. Programmer, Group-C

  • No. of posts: 08 [UR: 04, SC: 01 & ST: 03]
  • Qualification: (i) Bachelor’s degree in IT/Electronics & Communication/Computer Science Engineering or MCA from a UGC-recognized university/AICTE-approved institute. (ii) Minimum 6 months experience in treasury software, software development, or testing in a government or registered company. (iii) Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) required.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
  • Pay Scale: PB-2 ₹5,700–24,000 with Grade Pay ₹4,200/-.
  • Age limit: Up to 40 years as of 05.07.2025, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH and Government servants; no additional relaxation for SC/ST/PH Govt. employees beyond this.
2. Technical Assistant

  • No. of posts: 08 [UR: 04, SC: 01 & ST: 03]
  • Qualification: (i) H.S. (+2) passed with at least 50% in Mathematics and Physics from a recognized board/university. (ii) Minimum 1-year DCA or equivalent computer course from a recognized institution. (iii) Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) required.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
  • Pay Scale: PB-2 ₹5,700–24,000 with Grade Pay ₹2,400/-.
  • Age limit: Up to 40 years as of 05.07.2025, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH and Government servants; no additional relaxation for SC/ST/PH Govt. employees beyond this.

Application Fee


(a) ₹200 for General candidates; ₹150 for ST/SC/BPL candidates.
(b) Recruitment fee is non-refundable.
(c) Incomplete applications or those without the required fee will be rejected.

How to Apply?


(a) Applications must be submitted online only; hard copies won’t be accepted. Read instructions carefully before applying.

(b) Online portal open at tpsc.tripura.gov.in from 10.06.2025 to 05.07.2025 (5:30 PM). New users must register via OTPR to get a User ID for applying.

(c) Avoid multiple applications; if submitted, only the latest complete one will be considered.

(d) Fees paid for one application number won’t be transferred to another.
