- Qualification: PG in Hindi with Hindi & English at graduate level.
- Desirable: Hindi/English typing, computer knowledge.
- Experience: 3 yrs in technical translation (Eng-Hindi).
- Desirable: Journalism in technical field, computer skills.

3. Technician (Survey & Draftsman)
- Qualification: Matric/Equivalent with ITI in Survey/Draftsman (Civil).
