Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC), Lower Lachumiere, Shillong invites online applications for 94 vacancies for the posts of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Officer (AHVO), Computer Programmer, Junior Co-operative Officer, Junior Karate Coach, Junior Badminton Coach, and Stenographer Grade-III. Candidates possessing a B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree, BE/B.Tech, Graduation, or 10+2 qualification are eligible to apply.

Application Fee
For posts at Sl. No. 1 & 2: Rs. 460/- For posts at Sl. No. 3, 4 & 5: Rs. 350/- For post at Sl. No. 6: Rs. 320/- Note: Half the fee is applicable for SC/ST candidates who are permanent residents of Meghalaya.
Age Limit
Age will be calculated as of 01.01.2025. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 40 years of age.
Salary
Levels 8 and 11 of the Revised Pay Structure.

Qualification

• Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Officer: (i) B.V.Sc & A.H Degree in Veterinary Science from a recognized University. (ii) Registered with State Veterinary Council/Veterinary Council of India.

• Computer Programmer: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication. OR Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering/IT.

• Junior Co-operative Officer: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.

• Junior Karate Coach: (i) Passed 10+2 in any stream. (ii) 3rd Dan Black Belt or above from Karate Association of India (equivalent to Diploma in Sports Coaching).

• Junior Badminton Coach: (i) Passed 10+2 in any stream. (ii) Diploma in Sports Coaching from NSNIS Patiala or recognized institute.

• Stenographer Grade-III: (i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. (ii) Minimum shorthand speed of 80 WPM.
