Eligibility Criteria for Art & Culture Manipur
Assistant Curator (NH): 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Museology (Natural History) OR 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Anthropology/Zoology/Botany/Geography with Diploma in Museology; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Librarian: Graduate with Degree in Library Science from a recognized University and Knowledge of Manipuri Language.
Junior Lecturer (Shri Shri Bal Mukunda Dev Music College): Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2nd Class in Nipun Praveen/Alankar/Kovid or equivalent Degree in concerned subject from a recognized University/Institute; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Junior Lecturer (Shri Shri Bal Mukunda Dev Music College): Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2nd Class in Nipun Praveen/Alankar/Kovid or equivalent Degree in concerned subject from a recognized University/Institute; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Care Taker (Maharaja Chandrakirti Auditorium): Graduate with Diploma in Computer and 7 years experience in organizing cultural events; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Guide Lecturer: Graduate with 1 year Diploma in Museology and Knowledge of Manipuri Language.
Electrician Grade-I: HSLC pass with 2 years ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical and 3 years practical experience; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Lower Division Clerk: Graduate with Computer Application Diploma and Knowledge of Hindi & English; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Driver: Class-X/HSLC pass with 3 years driving experience (heavy vehicle for Scale B, road rollers for Scale A).
Demonstrator (Government Dance College): Matriculate with Visharad or equivalent in concerned discipline from Government Dance College or JNMDA; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Tabla Accompanist (Government Music College): 2nd Class B.Music/Visharad Degree in concerned subject with Class XII pass; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Technical Assistant: Graduate with Certificate in Library Science and Knowledge of Manipuri Language.
Surveyor: HSLC pass with 2 years Certificate in Surveyor or Diploma in Civil Engineering; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Photographer: Matriculate with 5 years’ experience in photography or Diploma in Photography and knowledge of dark-room; Knowledge of Manipuri & Hindi.
Laboratory Assistant: XII pass with Physics & Chemistry as major subjects; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Binder: Class VIII pass with 5 years’ experience in book binding; Knowledge of Manipuri Language desirable.
Counter Attendant: Matriculate pass with Knowledge of Manipuri Language.
Other Details of Art & Culture Manipur
Age Limit: Minimum age 21 years for Driver; Maximum age 38 years as on 20-04-2026 for all posts, relaxation 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST; additional relaxation for candidates eligible as on 01-01-2024.
Required Documents: Educational certificates with mark sheets, Date of Birth proof, Category certificate (OBC/ST/SC), Employment Exchange Card/Sponsorship, and Valid Driving License for Driver post.
