Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
1. Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Must have passed Class 10th from a Government Recognized Education Board.
- Trade Certificate: Must possess a National/Provisional Trade Certificate (NITI/SCTV) issued by NCVT/SCVT in Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/Turner/Welder/Motor Mechanic/Machinist Trade.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 06 (Six) months post-qualification work experience as an assistant in drilling/workover activities or any oilfield-related services.
2. Age Limit (As on 10/08/2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limits:
- General Category: 40 Years
- OBC (NCL): 43 Years
- SC/ST Category: 45 Years
Emoluments & Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive monthly contract emoluments comprising both fixed and variable components:
- Fixed Emolument: ₹21,450.00 (Rupees Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred & Fifty) per month.
- Variable Emolument: ₹825.00 (Rupees Eight Hundred & Twenty-Five) per day for each working day.
- Paid Leave: Entitled to 06 days paid leave for every 06 months of engagement tenure.
Selection Process & Walk-in Venue
Candidates will be selected based on a Walk-in Personal Assessment for 100 Marks.
- Qualifying Marks: Minimum 50 Marks for all categories.
- Assessment Parameters: Professional Knowledge and skills (in concerned and allied disciplines), Personal Attributes, and Soft Skills.
