Essential Qualification
BPE (Bachelor in Physical Education)/BPEd/MPEd from a recognized University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates from NCTE-recognized institutions. Must possess proficiency in at least one recognized sports discipline. Preference for medal winners at Zonal, Regional, National, or International level competitions.
Essential Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching or training adolescents. Experience in conducting sports events, competitions, and youth fitness programs. Experience mentoring youth and promoting inclusive participation. Experience with schools, youth groups, or community platforms will be an added advantage.
Requirement and Skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills. Ability to design age-appropriate sports and fitness programs. Knowledge of sports safety, injury prevention, and first aid. Ability to integrate modern sports with traditional/local games. Functional coaching knowledge across multiple sports disciplines.
