OIL Duliajan Recruitment Details
1. Contractual Nurse
No. of Posts: 02 (Two)
Qualification: 10+2 with GNM Diploma and 2 years’ experience as Nurse, OR B.Sc. Nursing with valid State Nursing Council registration and 1 year experience.
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.
Salary: Fixed Pay: ₹24,960/- per month. and Variable Pay: ₹960/- per working day.
2. Contractual Paramedical Dialysis Technician
No. of posts: 03 (Three)
Qualification: 10+2 Science with Diploma/Certificate in Dialysis Technology. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dialysis field.
Age Limit: General: 18 to 40 years. OBC (NCL): Up to 43 years
Salary: Fixed Pay: ₹21,450/- per month and Variable Pay: ₹825/- per working day.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on a Walk-in Personal Assessment carrying a total of 100 marks.
Candidates must secure a minimum of 50 marks to qualify.
Assessment will be based on:
- Professional knowledge and skills in the concerned discipline
- Knowledge and skills in allied disciplines
- Personal attributes and soft skills
Final selection will be made purely on merit based on the marks obtained in the Personal Assessment.
