Assam Rifles Recruitment Details 2022
1. Rifleman General Duty (GD) (for Male and Female both)
- No. of vacancy: 94 (Ninety four)
- Qualification: 10th class pass from a recognized Board.
- Age limit: 18-23 years
2. Havildar Clerk (for Male and Female both)
- No. of vacancy: 04 (Four)
- Qualification: (a) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognized Board/University or equivalent. (b) Skill Test Norms on Computer: English typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute on computer OR Hindi typing with minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer (Time allowed 10 minutes).
- Age limit: 18-25 years
3. Warrant Officer Radio Mechanic (RM) (for Male candidates only)
- No. of vacancy: 04 (Four)
- Qualification: (a) 10th from a recognized board with diploma in Radio and Television Technology or Electronics or Telecommunications or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic appliances from any institution recognized by the Central Government or the State Government. (b) 12th Standard or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board or University or Institution.
- Age limit: 18-25 years
4. Havildar Operator Radio & Line (for Male candidates only)
- No. of vacancy: 37 (Thirty seven)
- Qualification: (a) 10th from a recognized board and two years Industrial Training Institute in Radio and Television or Electronics from a recognized Institute. (b) 12th class pass or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects of study from a recognized Board or University or Institute.
- Age limit: 18-25 years
5. Rifleman Armourer (for Male candidates only)
- No. of vacancy: 02 (Two)
- Qualification: 10th class pass from a recognized Board.
- Age limit: 18-23 years
6. Rifleman Laboratory Assistant (for Male candidates only)
- No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
- Qualification: 10th class passed with English, Maths, Science and Biology from a recognized board.
- Age limit: 18-23 years
7. Rifleman Nursing Assistant (for Male candidates only)
- No. of vacancy: 05 (Five)
- Qualification: 10th class passed with English, Mathematics and Science with Biology from a recognized board.
- Age limit: 18-23 years
8. Rifleman Washerman (for Male candidates only)
- No. of vacancy: 04 (Four)
- Qualification: 10th class pass from a recognized Board.
- Age limit: 18-23 years
9. Rifleman AYA (for Female candidates only)
- No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
- Qualification: 10th class passed from a recognized Board.
- Age limit: 18-23 years
Pay Scale: Pay scale and other allowance will be as admissible to Assam Rifles Personnel.
