Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), has released the latest employment notification for the recruitment of 1300 posts of Assistant Manager (Grade-A) and Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) - Grade “O”. All relevant details regarding IDBI Bank Recruitment 2026 are provided below.
IDBI Bank Recruitment Details
1. Assistant Manager (AM)
- No. of posts: 200 (UR: 81, SC: 30, ST: 15, OBC: 54 & EWS: 20)
- Salary: ₹48,480/- per month.
- Age limit: 21 to 30 years.
2. Junior Assistant Manager (JAM)
- No. of posts: 1100 (UR: 460, SC: 154, ST: 93, OBC: 287 & EWS: 106)
- CTC: ₹6.14 lakh to ₹ 6.50 lakh.
- Age limit: 20 to 25 years.
Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Bank
1. Assistant Manager (AM)
- Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank, Scheduled Private Sector Bank, Cooperative Bank, or Regional Rural Bank.
- Preference: Candidates having experience in branch banking, operations, retail assets, credit, sales, and third-party products, etc., will be preferred.
2. Junior Assistant Manager (JAM)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks for General, EWS, and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a university recognized/ approved by the Government or government bodies such as AICTE, UGC, etc.
- Note: Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as meeting the eligibility criteria.
Application Fee: ₹250/- for SC/ST/PWD and ₹1050/- for all other candidates.

- Personal Interview (PI)
