Eligibility Criteria
1. Lead Procurement Specialist
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have a Postgraduate Degree in any of the following:
- Procurement
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Economics
- Public Administration
- Engineering
- Related field
Candidates trained in procurement norms of World Bank, IFAD, KfW, JICA or ADB will be preferred. Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP) or Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP) will also be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- At least 5 years of experience in donor-funded projects.
- Experience in procurement across multiple projects or sectors is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of donor procurement guidelines, GFR 2017, Meghalaya procurement rules and e-procurement systems.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
2. Manager/Assistant Manager-Procurement
Qualification:
Candidates should have a Postgraduate Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Certification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
Experience:
For Manager:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in projects.
- Experience with international donor-funded projects such as World Bank, IFAD, JICA, KfW, ADB, etc.
For Assistant Manager:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in projects.
- Exposure to international donor-funded projects will be preferred.
Candidates should also have good communication, computer and office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 45 years.
