Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, invites applications from eligible candidates from its production and exploration areas in the districts of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar, and Charaideo in Assam, and the Changlang district in Arunachal Pradesh, for the recruitment of Workpersons at OIL’s Field Headquarters in Duliajan, as per the details given below.

Oil India Limited (OIL) has released an official advertisement for the recruitment of 262 Workpersons posts. Applications are also invited from eligible Trade Apprentice candidates who have successfully completed Apprenticeship Training in the relevant trade at Oil India Limited and have passed the All-India Trade Test for Apprentices conducted by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). Application Fee
General/OBC candidates must pay a non-refundable online application fee of ₹200 (excluding GST and bank charges), payable only through the integrated payment gateway. SC/ST/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted.

Minimum 18 years and Maximum 38 years as on 18.08.2025.
Salary
Grade-III: ₹26,600.00 – ₹90,000.00 Grade-V: ₹32,000.00 – ₹1,27,000.00 Grade-VII: ₹37,500.00 – ₹1,45,000.00
