- Use active mobile number & valid email ID (all updates via SMS/email/website).
- No hard copy application to be sent by post.
- Upload recent passport photo (3.5×4.5 cm, 30–70 KB, JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI).
- Upload scanned signature (3.5×2.5 cm, 20–50 KB, JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI).
- Educational qualification certificate/mark sheet.
- Sports achievement certificate (on or after 01.04.2023).
- Proof of date of birth.
- Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS).
- Income certificate for EBC fee exemption.
- Minority self-declaration.
- NOC (if employed in Govt./PSU/Bank).
- Scanned photograph.
- Scanned signature.
