1. Graduate Teacher (Science)

- Essential: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) B.Ed. or its equivalent from a recognized university or institute.

2. Hindi Primary Teacher

Essential:
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50% marks and Two years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and two year diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) and Rashtrabhasa Kovid or its equivalent from a recognized institute. Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 45% marks and Two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with NCTE (recognition norms and procedure), regulations 2002. Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50% marks and Four Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50% marks and Two year Diploma in Education (Special Education). AND

5. Library Counter Attendant

- Essential: (i) Matriculate or its equivalent of a recognized University/Board. (ii) Manipuri Language.

6. Stenographer Grade-III

- Essential: Matriculate/HSLC or its equivalent of a recognized University/Board with speed of below 80 words per minute and not below 65 words per minute in short hand (English) and speed not less than 30 words per minute in typing (English) (Relaxable for SC/ST candidates up to 60 words per minute in short hand and 25 words per minute in typing.
