Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Senior Assistant: Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering with 2 years relevant experience in the concerned discipline.
(ii) Junior Assistant (HR): Graduate. Candidates who qualify CBT will appear for Computer Literacy test in MS Office.
(iii) Junior Assistant (Fire Services): (i) 10th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire. (OR) (ii) 12th Pass (Regular Study).
Other Details of AAI NER Recruitment
1. Age limit: 18 to 30 years as on 06.12.2025.
2. Pay Scale:
# Rs. 36,000-3%- 1,10,000, Senior Assistant (Electronics).
# Rs. 31,000-3% - 92,000, Junior Assistant (Fire Services & HR).
3. Application Fee:
# UR/EWS/OBC: Rs.1000/-
# Other candidates: No application fee.
4. Selection Process:
(i) Senior Assistant (Electronics): (i) Written Exam (Computer Based Test). Duration of Exam: 2 (Two) hours. (ii) Document Verification.
(ii) Junior Assistant (HR): (i) Written Exam (Computer Based Test). Duration of Exam-2 (Two) hours. (ii) Computer Literacy Test in MS Office (Qualifying in nature) (iii) Document Verification.
(iii) Junior Assistant (Fire Services):
# Stage 1: Written Exam (Computer Based Test) - Duration: 2 (Two) hours.
# Stage 2: (i) On passing the online Computer Based Test (CBT). (ii) Physical Endurance Tests (PET).
