➧ Qualification: Degree or equivalent examination from a recognized University.
➧ Pay scale: PB: 3, Rs. 22000-97000/-, Grade Pay Rs. 9400/-
➧ Age: 21-38 years of age as on 01.01.2023.
✔Eligibility Criteria: No applicant shall be entitled to appear for the speed test at 100 w.p.m. in Language (Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi) unless he/she has passed the speed test at 80 w.p.m. in English and 70 w.p.m. in Language (Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi) conducted by the Government-constituted and recognized Board.

How to Apply APSC Stenographer?
☑ Applicants who have not yet registered in the APSC's Online Recruitment Portal must first visit the APSC's recruitment website apscrecruitment.in and register themselves by clicking on the 'Register Here' link and completing the One Time Registration (OTR) process by providing basic details.
☑ Candidates must submit the details of documents such as Certificate No., Issue date, issuing authority, and upload the documents/certificates (whenever requested) in support of the claims made in the Application Form such as Date of Birth, Experience, Qualification(s), etc. in pdf file in such a way that the file size does not exceed 200 KB and is legible when a printout is taken. The applicant may scan the documents/certificates in greyscale at 200 dpi for this purpose.
