Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Computer Certificate: Minimum 6-month Diploma course in Computer Operation. Shorthand Speed: 1-year Shorthand course with a minimum speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.). Shorthand speed must be explicitly mentioned on the certificate/marksheet.
Age Limit & Relaxation Age Limit: 21 to 32 years as on 01.01.2026. Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates as per state government norms.
