IIE Recruitment 2025: 15 Mentor, Lead Project, LRP & More

IIE Notification 2025

The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) has released an employment notification on its official website iie.gov.in for the recruitment of 15 posts, including Mentor, Lead-Project, Executive-Project, and Local Resource Person (LRP).

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online via email from 04th June 2025 to 15th June 2025.

IIE Recruitment 2025

1. Post Name: Mentor

• No. of posts: 02 (two)
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with Mathematics up to Class XII, preferably from Management, Commerce, or Engineering background.
• Experience: 3-4 years’ experience in operations or implementing non-farm livelihood projects.
• Salary: Rs.30,000- to Rs.35,000/- per month.
• Location: Suti-I Block, Murshidabad District (West Bengal) & Mawkyrwat C & RD Block, South West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya.

2. Post Name: Executive-Project

• No. of posts: 02 (two)
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with 3–5 years’ experience in non-farm livelihoods and entrepreneurship, preferably with SHGs; knowledge of SRLM ecosystem and prior experience in baseline surveys and DPR preparation preferred.
• Salary: Rs.23,000/- to Rs.30,000/- per month
• Location: Head Office, Guwahati.

3. Post Name: Lead-Project

• No. of post: 01 (one)
• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Fisheries Science, Agriculture & Allied fields, Social Work, Rural Development, Economics, MBA, or Social Science.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Fishery Development, Fish Production, Aquaculture, Fish Health, Genetics, Nutrition, Hatcheries, or related fields.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Salary: Rs.39,000-Rs. 43,000/- per month.
• Location: Khammam District, Telangana.

4. Post Name: Executive-Project

• No. of post: 01 (one)
• Qualification: Graduate Degree.
• Experience: Preferably 3+ years’ experience in Fisheries, Social/Community Development, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship with skills in research, project reports, business plans, and report writing.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Salary: Rs.23,000-Rs.30000/- per month.
• Location: Khammam District, Telangana.

5. Post Name: Local Resource Person (LRP)

• No. of posts: 09 (nine)
• Qualification: Graduate degree, preferably in Fisheries Science or Agriculture & Allied sectors.
• Experience: Proven experience in Fishery, Social/Community Development, Agricultural Marketing, and livelihood projects; skilled in field data collection, entry, and household surveys.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Salary: Rs.13,000/- per Month and Rs. 3500/- (TA).
• Location: Khammam District, Telangana.
