ASRLMS Assam Recruitment 2025 – 190 Contractual Posts

ASRLM Notification 2025

Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission (ASRLM) has released three employment notifications for the recruitment of 190 contractual posts under DAY NRLM, DDU GKY and ASRLMS. Eligible candidates may apply online from 19 May to 16 June 2025.

ASRLM Assam Recruitment Details

(i) Deen Dayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU‑GKY)

1. District Functional Expert (Skills)

• No. of posts: 02
• Qualification: Post‑Graduate Degree
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post‑qualification in social/community development sector
• Salary: ₹35,000 per month
• Age limit: 25 years to 40 years

(ii) Cluster Based Business Organization (ASRLMS)

1. Domain Expert – Law & Accounts

• No. of post: 01 
• Qualification: M.Com/Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary; preference for LLB as an additional qualification 
• Experience: 5+ years post‑qualification, including ≥ 3 years in accounting, auditing, statutory compliance, legal matters or arbitration. 
• Salary: ₹42,000 per month. 
• Age limit: Not more than 40 years. 

2. FPO Coordinator

• No. of posts: 05 
• Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Rural Development, Social Work, Agribusiness or Agriculture); additional diploma in Rural Development/Social Work is an advantage.
• Experience: 3+ years working with SHGs, Producer Groups or FPOs and their federations, with proven track record in agribusiness promotion via community institutions. 
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month,
• Age limit: Not more than 40 years.

(iii) DAY‑NRLM (ASRLM) – Contractual Posts Details

1. State Project Manager (Financial Inclusion)

• No. of post: 01
• Qualification: Post‑Graduate Degree
• Experience: ≥ 7 years in social/community development (≥ 2 years in financial inclusion)
• Salary: ₹63,000 per month
• Age limit: 32 – 45 years

2. Project Manager (Knowledge Management & Communication)

• No. of post: 01
• Qualification: Post‑Graduate Degree
• Experience: ≥ 5 years in social/community development (≥ 1 year in KM & Communication)
• Salary: ₹49,000 per month
• Age limit: 30 – 40 years

3. Accounts Assistant

• No. of post: 01
• Qualification: Post‑Graduate Degree in Commerce + Tally
• Experience: ≥ 2 years in Accounts/Finance (Govt/Private)
• Salary: ₹21,560 per month
• Age limit: 23 – 40 years

4. District Functional Expert (Social Mobilization, Institution Building & Capacity Building)

• No. of post: 01
• Qualification: Post‑Graduate Degree
• Experience: ≥ 2 years in social/community development
• Salary: ₹35,000 per month
• Age limit: 25 – 40 years

• Experience: ≥ 2 years in Finance/Accounts (Govt/Private; WB/GoI project experience preferred)
• Salary: ₹28,000 per month
• Age limit: 25 – 40 years

• Qualification: MCA/MSc (IT)/BE‑CS/BTech‑CS
• Experience: ≥ 2 years in MIS (data analysis, reporting, online monitoring)
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Age limit: 25 – 40 years

12. Block Coordinator

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: ≥ 1 year in social/community development.
• Salary: ₹21,560 per month
• Age limit: 23 – 42 years

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce
• Experience: ≥ 1 year in Finance/Accounts (WB/GoI project experience preferred)
• Salary: ₹21,000 per month

14. Block MIS Executive

• Qualification: BCA/BSc‑IT/BE‑CS/BTech‑CS
• Experience: ≥ 1 year in MIS (data management software)
• Salary: ₹21,000 per month
