KVS Loktak Recruitment Details
# Subjects: English, Hindi, Math’s, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics.
# Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned Subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
# Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications and proficiency to teach in English and Hindi.
# Remuneration: Rs. 32,500/- per month on pro-rata basis.
2. Post Name: Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
# Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. Subject-wise details are given as under:
(i) TGT (Sanskrit, English, and Hindi): Having respective subjects in all the three years of Degree Course.
(ii) TGT (Math’s) - Degree in Math’s with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science and Statistics.
(iii) TGT (Science) - Bachelor’s Degree in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.
# Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications and proficiency to teach in English and Hindi.
# Remuneration: Rs. 31,250/- per month on pro-rata basis.
3. Post Name: Primary Teachers (PRT)
# Qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent & Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET-I conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose or JBT/B.El.Ed/D.El.Ed. Competence to teach through Hindi & English media.
# Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications and proficiency to teach in English and Hindi.
# Remuneration: Rs. 26,250/- per month on pro-rata basis.
4. Post Name: PRT (Music)
# Qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent. And Bachelor’s Degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized University.
# Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications and proficiency to teach in English and Hindi.
# Remuneration: Rs. 26,250/- per month on pro-rata basis.
5. Post Name: Computer Instructor
# Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (computer science)/B.C.A/M.C.A/M.Sc(Computer Science/ M.Sc/ Electronics with Computer Science Component)/M.Sc (IT)/B.Sc (Computer Science) or Post Graduate Degree in any subject with Post Graduate diploma in computer application from Govt. recognized institution/”O” level from DOEACC. Preference will be given to those who have training & experience in hardware.

6. Post Name: Football, Volleyball & Taekwondo Instructor/Coach

# Qualification: BA/B.Sc in Psychology and one year Diploma in Counselling.

How to Apply for KVS Loktak?
# Last Date for Online Registration is 3rd March 2024 up to 12:00 hrs. NO ENCLOSURE/HARD COPY like certificates, mark sheets etc. is required to be submitted at the time of registration. Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to produce their supporting documents on the day of interview. Candidates will be debarred from appearing interview or joining service if the documents are not produced or submitted or if the information provided is/are found wrong. Unregistered candidates will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
# Mode of Interview: It will be Personal Interview for those eligible and shortlisted candidates test may also be conducted if the number of eligible candidates for a particular post is very large in which case only those selected on the basis of written test will be called for interview. List of Shortlisted Candidates will be notified on 6th March 2024 after 5:00 pm.
