Post Name: Research Officer (RO)
# No. of posts: 04 [UR: 01, KJ: 02 & Garo: 01]
# Qualification: 2nd Class Master Degree in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics from any recognized University. Or Honours Degree in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics with 5 (five) years’ experience in Planning/Evaluation/ Statistical Works. Knowledge of Khasi, Jaintia or Garo language is desirable.
# Scale of pay: Level-16 of revised pay structure.
# Age limit: 18 to 32 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST. No age bar in respect of regular Government employee who entered Government service within the prescribed age limit.

# Fee is required to be paid through (i) e-Challan (ii) On-line mode using the On-line payment gateway GRAS. Candidates are advised to use e-Challan mode preferably.
# Rs.460/- (Half the rate for SC/ST who are permanent residents of the State of Meghalaya).
# For payment using State Bank of India/s Net-banking, please select e-payment and select State Bank of India in the Meghalaya ePayment Portal page.
# For payment using Debit/ATM/Credits Cards or Net Banking of other banks, please select SBI e-Pay Payment Gateway and click Proceed for Payment.
How to Apply for MPSC Shillong Vacancy?
