Post-Wise Eligibility
1. Manager – Renewable Energy (28 Posts)
- Full-time Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Control & Instrumentation, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 60% marks required. SC/ST/PwBD candidates with passing marks are eligible.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in the Power Sector.
- At least 4 years of relevant Renewable Energy experience is required.
- RE experience should involve grid-connected Solar, Wind and/or BESS projects of 50 MW or more.
- Upper age limit: 40 Years.
2. Manager – Finance (5 Posts)
- Qualified CA or CMA from a recognized statutory institute in India.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in Finance/Accounts.
- Experience in Government, PSU or Private Sector organizations is applicable.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Data Analytics will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Renewable Energy Developer companies.
- Upper age limit: 40 Years.
3. Manager – Land (1 Post)
- PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in Rural Management, Rural Development, Rehabilitation, Community Development, Livelihoods, Social Development, Sustainable Development, Development Studies, MSW, MBA or related fields.
- Engineering graduates with minimum 60% marks are also eligible.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in land acquisition, land aggregation or land management.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience with Renewable Energy developers is required.
- Relevant RE projects should have grid-connected Solar, Wind and/or BESS capacity of 50 MW or more.
- Upper age limit: 40 Years.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Maximum Age: 40 Years.
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
- OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation.
- PwBD: 10 years relaxation over and above applicable category relaxation.
- Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation as per Government of India rules.
