Educational Qualification
1. Nursing Superintendent: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery – 3-year course) OR B.Sc Nursing with a Registered Nurse/Midwife certificate.2. Dialysis Technician: B.Sc with Diploma in Haemodialysis OR 2 years of training/experience in a reputed institute. B.Sc Dialysis Technology candidates are also eligible.
3. Health & Malaria Inspector Grade-II: B.Sc with Chemistry and a 1-year Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector OR 1-year NTC in Health Sanitary Inspector.
4. Audiologist & Speech Therapist: Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) with registration with RCI.
5. Pharmacist (Entry Grade): B.Pharm OR Pharm.D from a recognised university/institute, along with registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
6. Radiographer X-Ray Technician: 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry, along with a 2-year Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technician/Radiodiagnosis or equivalent degree qualifications.
7. ECG Technician: 10+2/Graduation in Science with a minimum 1-year Certificate/Diploma/Degree in ECG Lab Technology or Cardiology Technician.
8. Optometrist: B.Sc in Optometry OR a 3–4-year Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician, along with registration with the concerned council/licensing body.
9. Lab Assistant Grade-II: 12th in Science with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), B.Sc MLT, or a 1-year full-time MLT certificate.

1. General/OBC Candidates: ₹500/- (₹400 refunded after appearing in the CBT, minus bank charges).2. SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities & EBC Candidates: ₹250/- (Full ₹250 refunded after appearing in the CBT, minus bank charges).
3. Payment Mode: Online only (Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI).
4. Refund: Refunds will only be credited to the bank account linked/seeded with your identity verification at the time of application.
