Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), Advt. No. BCPL-34/2025, has released a notification for 27 vacancies of DGM, Engineer, and Officer. Eligible candidates may apply online from 18 May to 17 June 2025.

BCPL Executive Recruitment Details

1. Deputy General Manager (Fire & Safety)

• Post: 1
• Pay: Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000 (E-6 Grade)
• Qualification: B.E. in Fire / Fire & Safety, min. 55%. Preference: 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety (Govt recognized).
• Experience: 20 years post-qualification exec. experience (incl. GET/ET/MT). Govt/Public Sector candidates need 1 year in next lower pay scale.

2. Senior Engineer (Chemical)

• Posts: 15
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: B.E. in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Tech/Petrochemical Tech, min. 60%.
• Experience: 1 year post-qualification exec. experience (incl. GET/ET/MT).

3. Senior Officer (Contract & Procurement)

• Post: 1
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: B.E. min. 60%. Preference: MBA (2 years) in Materials Management.
• Experience: 1 year post-qualification exec. experience (incl. GET/ET/MT).

4. Senior Engineer (Electrical)

• Post: 1
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: B.E. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics, min. 60%.
• Experience: 1 year post-qualification exec. experience (incl. GET/ET/MT).

5. Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts)

• Posts: 2
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: CA/ICWA OR B.Com + MBA (Finance) OR BA/B.Sc. Honours in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics + MBA (Finance) OR Engineering + MBA (Finance), all min. 60%. CA/ICWA must hold Associate/Fellow membership.
• Experience: 1 year post-qualification exec. experience (incl. ET/MT).

6. Senior Engineer (Instrumentation)

• Posts: 3
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: B.E. in Instrumentation or related fields, min. 60%.
• Experience: 1 year post-qualification exec. experience (incl. GET/ET/MT).

7. Senior Engineer (Information Technology)

• Post: 1
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: B.E. in CS/IT (min. 60%) OR Bachelor (min. 60%) + MCA (3 years, min. 60%).
• Experience: 1 year post-qualification exec. experience (incl. GET/ET/MT).

8. Senior Officer (Marketing)

• Post: 1
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: B.E. (min. 60%) + MBA (Marketing, 2 years, min. 60%).
• Experience: 1 year post-qualification exec. experience (incl. GET/ET/MT).

9. Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

• Post: 1
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Automobile etc., min. 60%.
• Experience: 1 year post-qualification exec. experience (incl. GET/ET/MT).

10. Officer (Laboratory)

• Post: 1
• Pay: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)
• Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry, min. 60%.
• Experience: 2 years supervisory post-qualification experience in laboratory functions at relevant plants (Petrochemical, Hydrocarbon, Refinery, etc.).

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwBD – General/EWS: 10 years
• PwBD – OBC (NCL): 13 years
