Qualification: Master in Public Health with emphasis on quantitative or analytical skills from a recognized institution. Must obtain aggregate of 55% marks and above at PG Level.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in research studies/surveys: experience in health programs and community-based institutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear and accessible outputs.
- Solid knowledge of statistical methods. data modelling, and proficiency in analysis of statistical tools/software.
- Proven experience in preparing research proposals, designing study methodologies, and coordinating ethics approval processes. Ability to conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Skilled in preparing technical reports, research briefs, and presentations.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay in project-area villages.
- Knowledge of local languages (Khasi, Garo, Jaintia) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, time management, prioritisation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience using data analysis software such as STRATA or Python is desirable.
Salary: Rs.40000/- per month.
Age limit: Up to 45 years.
