ULB Arunachal Recruitment Details
Post Name: Expert Member
No. of posts: 02 (Two)
Municipality:
- Itanagar Municipal Corporation (IMC).
- Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have expertise or experience in property valuation, town planning, engineering, architecture, or municipal taxation.
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Town Planning/Architecture with 7 years’ experience in property valuation. OR
- Diploma/Degree in Valuation or Surveying with 7 years relevant experience.
- Preference: Retired Civil Servants with experience in property tax administration.
- Relaxation: Qualification may be relaxed for candidates with minimum 7 years of government service.
- Former members of State Municipal Valuation Committees may also apply.
Remuneration: ₹1,00,000 for the tenure, subject to Government norms.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CVs.
- Eligible candidates will be informed about the walk-in interview via call or email.
- A Government Selection Committee will conduct the interview.
- Final selection will be made by the Government based on the committee’s recommendation and approval of the competent authority.
