Educational Qualification & Experience
  • Projects Discipline: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical/EEE/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. MBA/PGDM in Finance is desirable.
  • DGM (Projects): Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure project appraisal, monitoring or PPP projects. Candidates from the private sector must meet the prescribed CTC criteria.
  • AGM (Projects): Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Candidates from the private sector must meet the prescribed CTC criteria.
  • Finance Discipline: CA/CMA OR 2-year full-time MBA/PG Diploma with Finance specialization with minimum 60% marks, except CA/CMA.
  • DGM (Finance): Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, budgeting, credit appraisal or risk management.
  • Senior Manager (Finance): Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Selection Process
  • Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the prescribed eligibility parameters.
  • Personal Interview: Final selection will be based entirely on interview performance.
  • Interview Marks: Job Knowledge – 50 marks, Experience Quality – 20 marks and Personality – 30 marks.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 70 marks for UR/EWS, 60 marks for OBC-NCL and 50 marks for SC/ST candidates.
